Dr. Lev is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (FASAM) and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). Dr. Lev earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Advocate Health Care/Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. He has practiced Internal Medicine in the Chicago-area community for many years.
