Depending on your circumstances, Suboxone may be started in the office or through an appropriate home-induction plan.

Patients already receiving buprenorphine treatment may be evaluated for continued treatment and medication management.

We can help develop an appropriate plan for managing withdrawal safely.

Additional Support
When appropriate, we can coordinate referrals to counseling, behavioral-health services, primary care, or other community resources.
